Aalesund has signed Nora Harnes Håheim back to the club after a stint in French top football. She returns with valuable experience from the Champions League and one of Europe's strongest leagues. Håheim has played at a high level in recent years and comes in with quality, professionalism, and experience that will be valuable for our group. She has expressed a strong desire to return to Aalesund and we look forward to seeing what we can achieve together over the coming autumn. Sportssjef Ruben Aalberg believes the signing sends an important signal, both for the club and Norwegian women's football in general. This is a clear signal, both for Ålesund and for Norwegian women's football. Norwegian clubs should be able to attract players with international experience back to the Toppserien. This will strengthen both AaFK and the league as a whole. Håheim will join the team immediately and will be available for play when the transfer window opens. We have a strong player group that we believe she will fit in well with and we look forward to seeing what we can achieve together over the coming autumn.
