Aalesund football club is inviting everyone to an exciting 'Children's Football Festival' in the city center of Ålesund. The event will take place at Kulturhavna on June 16, 22, and 26 from 4 PM to 6 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity for children and families to participate in a variety of free activities, including a football cage, football darts, autograph signing, and competitions. The goal of the festival is to gather children and youth for positive experiences ahead of Norway's World Cup matches. The organizers, including AaFK, Sunnmørsposten, and the Red Cross, aim to create a lively atmosphere in the city center. One of the highlights will be a legendary match featuring former AaFK profiles on June 22. Each day, current AaFK players will also be present, such as Karna Solskjær and Pernille Reed on June 16, and Simen Vatne Haram and Marcus Reed on June 22. Sven Giske, the event manager at AaFK, emphasizes the importance of creating a celebration for the younger generation while showcasing what is possible when businesses and volunteers collaborate.
